Ticket Refund Policy – Pioneer Day

All ticket sales for Pioneer Day events are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event that the concert or ticketed event is officially cancelled.
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund through the original ticket provider. Refund requests must be submitted according to the policies of the ticketing platform used for the purchase.
Lineup changes, scheduling changes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for refunds.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
