We're excited to hear from you and explore the option of having you join us at our event. Please fill out the application form below, and our team will review it. If selected, we will reach out to you for payment details and to finalize your booking. Thank you for your interest!

Vendor Application:

June 13th

Beacon Farms - Daysland


Vendor Package: $60 includes one (1) 8 foot table, two (2) chairs, and two (2) general admission passes.

Vendor Space: $40 includes two (2) general admission passes - Vendor provides their own table and chairs.

Early Bird Fees: Vendor Package $50, Vendor Space $35

If we choose you as one of our vendors, we will contact you to get you booked in. We will require payment to secure your spot.

Vendor Rules & Expectations:

To ensure a smooth, enjoyable event for everyone:

  • Please arrive early and set up by 8AM.

  • Keep your booth open for the entire event duration.

  • Displays should be professional and family-friendly.

  • Each vendor must submit their own application and payment - sharing booths is not permitted.
